Basc cooking, famous for the quality of its products, is renown at an international level.

You will make the following dishes:

• Kabratxo fish cake (Spore)
• Piquillo peppers filled with beef
• Haye in Green sauce with spicy oil
• Pantxineta

 At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
