Cocina Japonesa - Sushi
Learn to become a sushi chef by getting to know the inâ€™s and outâ€™s of this japanese specialty!!
After this workshop, you will be ready to prepare a Japanese sushi feast for friends or family. You will know all the details to make outstanding sushi at home!
What you will learn:
- Ingredients and utensils
- Tecnique for cooking the rice
- Tecnique for slicing fish
- Hosomaki (Roll covered with nori and rice inside with one or two ingredients)
- Uramaki (Roll covered with rice with many ingredients inside)
- Nigiri (Rice ball covered with fish)
At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
