You will learn hands on how to make the most surprising pintxo and tapa recipes.
Tapas and Pintxos that you will cook:
- Seasonal gazpacho with prawn
- Mató, sardines and plantain layers
- Broken eggs with mushrooms and crunchy rocket
- Porc secret marinated with sherry and smoked paprika with two textures of yuca
- Coconut cake with orange, coconut ice cream and curry crumble
At the end of the course there will be a lunch / dinner accompanied by a good glass of wine.
