Cooking A Korean feast is a great way to delve into the amazing flavours and textures of korean gastronomy and learn about their rituals and culture in the process.
The korean table is a colorful array of small dishes in the centre of the table, they are designed to be shared and eaten with a bowl of rice. You will find spicy, sweet, bitter and fresh flavours and mostly very healthy dishes.
During your course you will prepare:
- Miyeok muchim (Cucumber and seaweed salad)
- Bulgogi (Pickled barbecued meat)
- Dakjjim (Traditional stew)
At the end of the course there will be a meal accompanied by local wine.
