{"id":2418,"date":"2013-09-02T15:16:43","date_gmt":"2013-09-02T15:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cookingclassesbarcelona.com\/?p=2418"},"modified":"2013-11-21T15:27:40","modified_gmt":"2013-11-21T15:27:40","slug":"2418","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bcnkitchen.com\/cookingclassesbarcelona\/2418\/","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed figs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[one_third]<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 figs (C<em>oll de dama <\/em>catalan figs are amazing for this recipe)<\/p>\n<p>100 g goat cheese<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">[\/one_third][two_third_last]<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This recipe is quite more an idea than a recipe: the perfect match between a seasonal excellent product (our red, intense and amazingly tasty<em>\u00c2\u00a0Coll de dama<\/em> figs) and a really aromatic product from our mountains: goat cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven grill up to 200\u00baC, or 380\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p>Clean the figs and cut out the top, on a place where you have enough space to empty the fig but still have a nearly complete fig. Take a little spoon and empty carefully the fig, gently rubbing on the walls of it because they are really easy to break. Put the flesh on a bowl. In another bowl, crumble the goat cheese with a fork until you have a paste. Mix this paste with the fig and stuff carefully the figs with this mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange the figs on a baking tray, vertically, and broil in the oven, around 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
