In the first, you&#8217;ll have a lot of tapas and pintxos, in a different relaxed style, and in the second one, classical dishes will wait for you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/cookingclassesbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image.jpg\" width=\"217\" height=\"143\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The great question: what not to miss? Definitely, you need to try the <em>pa amb tom\u00e0\u00a0quet<\/em> (made with the best bread for this &#8211;<em>pa de coca del moss\u00e0\u00a8n cinto<\/em>-); the gazpacho with vinegar ice-cream; the artichokes and bacon omelette; the <em>chipirones a la andaluza<\/em> -panfried babysquid-&#8230;and any of their cheeses.
