La Panxa del Bisbe is a non tourist place that we highly recommend to visit. In the middle of Gracia neighborhood, it could be considered the best choice for a lunch after a walk through Parc Güell, as it takes 15 minutes from there, and it’s worth it! In this restaurant, you’ll find what we call «cocina de autor», in which the chef Xavi Codina does a vanguardist cuisine full of tradition and taste. Their menu is really good, but we highly recommend to go and have some tapas: taste the codfish croquetas! If you come directly from el Park Güell and you’re thirsty, you can drink as much water as you want, because this is one of the few places in Barcelona where the water is served for free with the meal. If you like raw food go ahead with any tartare they have in the menu, they are amazing.
