Rallar el jengibre y la piel de una lima y mezclar lo todo en un bol grande, con delicadeza, para no romper ni chafar la mezcla.<\/p>\n<p>Cortar los aguacates a dados y la media cebolla restante y el cilantro deshojado muy finamente. Rociar el zumo de lima por encima para que no se oxide el aguacate y tambi\u00e9n para dar sabor.<\/p>\n<p>Salpimentar ambas mezclas y reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Laminar o picar los pistachos para decorar<\/p>\n<p>Para servir esta tapa, emplataremos con un aro, presionando primero la mezcla del aguacate y despu\u00e9s el salm\u00f3n para que quede la forma pero sin chafar.
